Supreme Court takes suo motu of Faisal Vawda press conference

Supreme Court takes suo motu of Faisal Vawda press conference.

Faisal Vawda's press conference will hear the suo notice case tomorrow. A 3-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will conduct the hearing. J. Irfan Saadat and J. Naeem Akhtar will be part of the bench.

It should be noted that Faisal Vawda had said in a press conference in Islamabad yesterday that if a member of the assembly cannot have dual citizenship, why should he have a judge? How are judges sitting with dual citizenship? Alcohol is halal for you, it is haram for us, what happened to Bhutto and who was punished? Asif Zardari has been sentenced to 14 years, no one is asking, the current government of founder PTI is not allowed to run, bread, metro, everything gets a stay order.

The former federal minister said that the judges should stay away from the accusations. It has been 15 days since the letter was written to the Islamabad High Court, but there is no response, no paper or evidence is coming, due to which people are doubting, there is hope. The answer will come soon and the answer will be taken.

He said that intelligence agencies are being named again and again, now blaming will not work, now if someone throws a turban, they will make a turban football and throw a double turban. Where is it written in the constitution and law that those who sacrificed should be ridiculed, enough is enough, stop targeting the institutions, if there is any interference by the institutions, then give evidence, we will stand with you.

On the other hand, during the hearing on the intra-court appeals against the nullification of the NAB amendments in the Supreme Court today, Justice Athar Manullah, speaking to the Attorney General, said that we are being told that they will make turbans into football, those who say so. Actually exposing yourself, are you threatening us through your proxies.

The Attorney General said that neither this is happening nor should it happen. On this, Justice Athar Manullah said that no judge will be affected or harassed by this.
